Science Exhibition

“If you want to help the world, start with science”

Science Exhibition was conducted at Shaikh Central School, Belagavi on 23.9.2023 by the students of classes I to V. Participating with great zeal and enthusiasm, the students showed great scientific temperament. The main motive of exhibition was to encourage students in the scientific field. Demonstrations and explanations were given by the participants and the spectator Parents including teachers were greatly impressed by their presentation. The students were benefitted through sharing and exchanging of innovative ideas. Most importantly, the application of these models in our daily life was presented and it filled all the students with zeal and enthusiasm. According to the indicators, judgment was done by Mrs. Nasreen, Lecturer, Shaikh PU college and best two entries were selected. Madam Principal, Dr. Ratna Bendigeri and Vice Principal Mrs. Vasundhara Rajput significantly appreciated joint efforts of students and teachers. Overall, it was a knowledgeable and informative day for everyone. It provided a platform for budding scientists to express their talent and gain confidence.

Science Exhibition on the Theme :

“Innovative Working Models” was organised at Shaikh Central School for Class 6th to Class 10th which provided a forum for students to showcase creativity, innovation and inventiveness. This exhibition also offers a medium for popularizing Science and increasing awareness about Science and Technology. As the exhibition started, various students presented their projects. Models of Solar powerenergy, Space satellites, Hydroelectric generators, AC and DC motors, Automatic Transformers, were built by the students. The parents, too looked at the various models put up by the students. Apart from models, the students also displayed visual presentations to help everyone understand the concepts of their working models. Mrs. Noojehan and Mrs. Tasmiya were In-Charge for these exhibits.
